Meet The ESS Team
Bruce Whiting
President/Owner
Bruce is the CEO of Electrostatic Spraying Systems, Inc. He grew up in Fredonia and Flagstaff Arizona near the Whiting family sawmills. After high school graduation, Bruce attended Brigham Young University and received his bachelor’s degree in accounting. Three years later in 1976, he again graduated from BYU, this time receiving a Juris Doctorate from the law school. In 1976, Bruce was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona and became Corporate Counsel for Kaibab Industries, and later served for 13 years, as its President. He was also one of the founders and first CEO for Law.com, Inc. and Incubate.com, LLC. Bruce is not only an accountant and attorney but also a Board Member and principal shareholder of Kaibab Industries, Inc. Bruce and his wife, Gail, have four children, ten grandchildren and reside in Watkinsville, GA.
Cameron Hobbs
Vice President/Plant Manager
Cameron is Vice Pres. and Operating Plant Manager of Electrostatic Spraying Systems, Inc. He graduated from Brigham Young University and received his bachelor’s degree from the Marriott School of Business with an emphasis in Finance. Throughout school, he worked in the construction industry overseeing the remodeling and restoration of damaged homes. After receiving his degree Cameron was hired by Golden Heritage Homes as a Project Manager for three years building semi-custom homes from start to finish. Cameron has worked for Electrostatic Spraying Systems for ten years. Cameron manages the production of all quality products to fulfill orders to both national and international customers. In addition, Cameron oversees all purchasing and further development of Electrostatic Spraying Systems. Cameron and his wife, Katie, live in Watkinsville, GA with their four children.
Peter Gans
Director of Agricultural Sales and Marketing
Peter Gans has been with ESS since August 2002. He has spent over 35 years in sales and marketing and actively serves as the Director of Sales & Marketing. As such, he has spent his time at ESS traveling the world training and caring for our international customers and distributors.
Fielder Glass
Product Designer
Fielder Glass is a Product Designer with Electrostatic Spraying Systems, Inc. since 2015. Prior to joining the ESS team, for over thirty years, Fielder worked for Briggs & Stratton Corporation, in McDonough, Ga. There he worked in the Model Shop, Engineering, and Production Ready for all-new production models. Fielder studied at Clayton State University and Griffin Technical College where he perused machine shop application and the welding trade. He spent over twenty years within the Engineer Department as a Model Maker, Designer, and Cad operator.
Rick Sutton
Shipping and Receiving
Rick Sutton has been a part of ESS since 2000. He joined the U.S. Army Rangers right out of high school and then worked in the manufacturing field for 20 years. Rick has worked in almost every department at ESS and has proven to be extremely valuable and knowledgeable in his work.
Tracy Mulkey
Accounting
Tracy Mulkey has been the director of Accounting and Human Resources since 2014 and has 30 years of experience in the accounting field. She loves being a part of the ESS family and continually strives to maintain the standard of professionalism and service that embodies ESS.
Xiomara Salazar
Customer Service
Xiomara Salazar is the newest addition to the ESS family. She is thrilled to be able to work with customers both in the United States and internationally. She is bilingual and is excited to assist the Spanish speaking clientele. She graduated from College of the Canyons with an associate degree in Paralegal Studies. She is proud to be part of a team that exemplifies a higher standard of conduct and dedication to excellence. — Xiomara Salazar es la nueva adicción a la familia de ESS. Está encantada de poder trabajar con clientes tanto en los Estados Unidos como a nivel internacional. Ella es bilingüe y se complace en ayudar a clientes que hablan español. Se graduó de College of the Canyons con un título asociado como asistente de abogados. Nora Gallegos
Customer Service
Nora Gallegos is the latest addition to our ESS Customer Service Team. Recently moved from California she is excited for the new opportunities to expand our sales and marketing departments. She is bilingual and looks forward to assisting with our Spanish speaking clientele. She brings years of experience in Customer Service, Shipping, Marketing and Sales departments and is dedicated to helping ESS grow both local, and internationally.
